well i don't like ichigo but for a diferent reason simply because of his "pridefull apearance" what i mean it's EVERYTIME he apear in a fight it's always with a grin and the sword on his shoulder and so with NO defence i don't feel him realistical because he is to much " open" facing an oponent! i know it's a trop used to give him the apearence of a hero but for me it's too unrealistic... some wil said "it's the samurai way" well... no... samurai in reality was not chivalrous, they tried their new blade on street childrens for exemple ( most of them) samurai are just nobles that fighted fpr their lord and does every horible things he wanted!

One thing i like is how similar urahara's bankai is to mayuris bankai and overall aesthetic, to the point that i wonder if he copied urahara in order to "be better than him". Of course, the likihood of his bankai being a copy of uraharas doesnt seem likely, as the bankai is an extension of their zanpakto spirit, but we know for a fact thay mayuri has altered his bankai (with the fetus being part of the failed namuri project). So im womdering if his true bankai is dofferent but he altered it (either intentionally or not) to mimic urahara. And with all the body modification that urahara did, im wondering if he recognized the benefits of doing that on a regular basis.

I think one important factor as to why since bankais seem significantly weaker than others is based on time and familiarity. For example, ikkaku and renji has both only RECENTLY developed their bankais, so their capabilities would've been weaker than someone like byakuya who had decades to practice and develop it. It'm addition, some people like soi fan (and ikkaku) don't use their bankais often enough (either because it doesn't fit their style or they don't want people to know about it) resulting in them not working with it enough to fully develop the bankai. Many of the best bankais have multiple techniques with most likely come from a deep understanding of their sword, something they wouldn't have if you refused to use it often. This can kinda be seen with ichigos banksu in that it had different capabilities that ichigo wasnt aware of, either because he had only recently developed it, because the internal spirit wanted to limit his powers, or ichigo straight up ignoring his spirit. For example, ichigo continued to use getsuga the same way he did in his shikai, making it just a "more powerful projectile. But, in the hands of white, we find that the bankai allows the user to alter the trajectory as its in air

Dude, i wish we wouldve seen aizens bankai. Imagine how broken it would be, if his freakin shikai is already stronger than most bankais...
